Shipping Times:
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are already included in the price listed on our website. There are no additional charges for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may incur additional charges, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing or extreme weather conditions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and estimate its delivery date.
International Shipping:
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Missing or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or a description of the missing items to process a replacement or refund.
Address Changes:
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
